Supervision for School Counsellors
Bianca facilitates supervision for school counsellors and wellbeing staff.
The focus of this ongoing involvement is to provide a supportive relationship where the supervisee engages in reflective practice of their work, including opportunities to problem-solve cases, develop strategies and to identify and manage their own feelings in response to their clients. Supervision provides a space for discussion regarding self-care and burnout prevention, process and system issues, and ethical and legal considerations.
With a decade of experience employed in Catholic education, Bianca understands the complexities of the school counsellor role, and the delicate balance between individual student needs, resource limitations and whole-school processes.
